What You Need To Make Sugar Gummy Fall Leaves
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 3 Packets of Gelatin (The little packets)
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Imperial Sugar (Plus extra sugar to coat the gummies in.)
- Pinch of Salt
- Food Coloring
- Fall Leaf Silicone Mold (affiliate link)
How To Make Sugar Gummy Fall Leaves
- Spray the mold with cooking oil
- Combine Juice, Lemon Zest and Gelatin and stir. Set aside while you make the rest of the candy.
- In a pot, combine water, sugar and salt and stir while bringing to a boil. Stop stirring and keep it at a boil for five minutes.
- Combine both mixtures and pour into the pumpkin molds. (BE CAREFUL! This is hot. Adults only!)
- Let your treats sit out overnight
- Pop them out of the mold and dip them in sugar for a tasty treat!
You can store these at room temperature.
